Dodgeb4ya Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 You need to check how worn out the pivot holes in the clutch linkage rods/ pivot pins ect. are. these being overly loose can cause your difficult adjustment situation. All linkage should be fairly tight at all pivots. Bob Quote
ptwothree Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 Especially the bell crank. It bolts to the frame and hooks up the pedal linkage to the push rod that goes to the throw out fork. Mine was really bad and had to hve it welded up and new holes drilled. Nice and tight now. Quote
greg g Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 Shel as long as you have a half inch or so of threaded portion in the hole and the lock nut secure you shouldent hafe a problem. The direction of pressure when pushig the pedal down is toward the female part correct???? Quote
P-12 Tommy Posted May 24, 2010 Report Posted May 24, 2010 Hey Shel, Where does your clutch start grabbing? Just curious. Tom Quote
