Stoped by a Rod Shop this week and saw something very unusual. The guy had a very nice '48 Chrysler with a in line 6 in it. It had dual carbs and the engine was dressed out but I had never seen a Ford engine in a Chrysler. To each his own.

I came across a 48 Plymouth with Ford inline and automatic tranny...botched up install...the idle quality of the smaller Ford L6 engine is less than to be desired no matter what it is in..

Now the large 300 CI Ford inline..that would be quite the hoss in the engine bay...these things were the best that Ford delivered
