randroid Posted June 22, 2009 Report Posted June 22, 2009 Bob, I didn't get the PM, but before I bought a car from Baghdad I think having it checked for C-4 might be prudent. -Randy Quote

Guest P15-D24 Posted June 23, 2009 Report Posted June 23, 2009 (edited) for unregistered visitors. Is now, and you have to be a registered user to send a PM. Should fix the issue. Edited June 23, 2009 by P15-D24 Quote
John Mulders Posted June 23, 2009 Report Posted June 23, 2009 the link is from "ru" so Russia. Guess the text was made in Cyrilic (the russian lettertype) and that can only be displayed if you have the font. You can change these characters to the real Cyrillic characters but that still doesn't help as it is Russian I used a website : http://newyork.mashke.org/Conv/ for this. Website seems a newspaper John Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted June 23, 2009 Author Report Posted June 23, 2009 As I recall from a post two or three years ago, this old P15 is located somewhere in Russia. Never did seem to hear further from whomever posted the picture. Quote
MacGyver Posted June 24, 2009 Report Posted June 24, 2009 For your curiosity; I converted to the cyrilic and translated the Russian for you which very literally reads as follows, (without proper conjugation, etc); looks like some spam offering a get rich quick scheme: Reliable work in spite of the crisis -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Outstanding version not to depend on the troubles of crisis and not to remain without the work and the money. Full employment or free extra earnings is possible. Glance to the portal Quote
