YourPowderCoating.com Posted May 16, 2009 Report Posted May 16, 2009 very cool truck indeed, very nice work as well !! Quote
Reg Evans Posted May 16, 2009 Report Posted May 16, 2009 Good work Greg ! I'm a fan of Studebakers and really like that body style with the smooth fenders and cab. Speaking of T bird rear ends. I have a 66 T bird rear end installed my 52 Dodge 1/2 ton. The stock drum brakes up front always stop better than the T bird's larger drum brakes on the rear. I wonder if a disc brake kit is available for this rear end? Quote
greg g Posted May 16, 2009 Author Report Posted May 16, 2009 Reg, I think you can swap the remove the drum parts and bolt on the disc brake stuff, right out of the Ford parts bin, or junque yard. Late birds Lincoln versallies, even ranger/ exploder. Probably Mazda B series pickups, can't remember is mazda's are rebadged fords or if its the other way around. Quote
