  1. It looks to me like that car has lots of potential, I say go for it !! :
  2. Could they be a new brand and just starting out? Maybe the sales man that Pete spoke to does not know his product.
  3. Pete,I have not been able to drive it much because of the weather here and the salt on the roads. When I drove it home from the shop there there was no rubbing or clearance issues. That's weird that you received that reply back I would think if they had their name on the tire they would know where to get them.
  4. oh I see how they work, disreguard my washer reply
  5. You guys ever smell moth balls?????? How do you get their legs apart?
  6. Can you just stack some washers, should work the same as that clip.

  10. Doesn't the back window wood molding on top look crooked also?
  11. So when I am done cranking it will be half way until it warms up. Maybe it is adjusted correctly and it is mostly my heat riser. About the carb settings what is a good start off point on the needle. I have a carter ball and ball
  12. ok , I know that my heat riser is not working but I think it is mostly the choke. It is not closing to the right position. And I remember one day I closed it by hand and the car ran smoother while warming up. I tried to adjust it and it still would not close to the correct position. I used a drill bit in the adjusting hole.Maybe I am not adjusting it correctly, when cold should it be closed all the way?
  13. When I start my car in cold weather it wants to stall if I do not keep giving it a little gas until it warms up. Do you guys think this is a choke adjustment?
  14. Thanks Rollie , I have 700 x 15's on and I guess there is not that much of a differance from your 670's by looking at your measurments. I noticed that the car steers alot eaiser with these narrow tires, I guess less friction then the other wider ones I had on.
  15. Funny Don , Thanks Bob, here is a picture of my two daughters. Zoe the French Bulldog and Betty the 50 Plymouth.

  25. With the new springs up front it went from 11 inches to 13 1/4 from the bottom of the front bumper, they added a leaf to the rear and re-tempered it and it went from 12 inches to 17 1/2 from the bottom of the rear bumper. Here are before and after pics with the new tires on Before After
