My P23 is our holidays car since 1995.  Took us among others, to some places more than once,  to:

Munich D / Alsace F / Ardennes B / Cote d´ Azur F / Portofino I / Tuscany I / Lake Garda I / Sallbach- Hinterglemm A / Isles of Rügen and Sylt D / Ängelholm S / Ascona CH

When travelling south of the Alps we used to take the Autotrain.

Only one annoying mishap on all these travels ever: burned distributor contact set, but the spare one had been forgotten at home.

Everything else ever was fixable on the road.
