  1. What about Dodge? Signed Grandpadodge
  2. I'll have to say I've never had a poorly engineered car in the 45 years since I was issued a drivers license. I've owned and driven daily well over 100 cars in that time and none of them have ever left me stranded except for an occasional flat tire, dead battery or empty gas tank. I'll have to admit that many of these cars were not in the MoPar family either. I've always been into checking fluid levels and tire pressure and in many cases my old thirsty clunkers were always well stocked with extra oil and water. I could never get back into walking to where ever I wanted to go since I was issued a license to drive. I just takes too long !!!!
  3. Yeah...it's a D24 bumper just like the one hanging off the front of my D22.
  4. Your head has the internal bypass head. You can tell by the little bump on the front edge of the head. What's your engine number?
  5. OK, thanks Ed. I hope they respond to my email.
  6. You do Ed?????? WOW !!!! I spotted a 42 dodge on their site with a rusty front bumper and mounting brackets. I emailed them about it this morning. Wanna get it for me ? I'll of course reimburse you for your time. If I get it and if your interested I have a nice front bumper and brackets for a 46-48 I'll sell or trade for the rusty 42 Bumper.
  7. There is a normal sized heater hose right under the vacuum line. I just don't understand why the owner thought a vacuum operated valve would be needed there.
  8. There is a 41 Plymouth for sale on eBay right now and the engine has what looks like a vacuum operated diaphram on top of the water pump fitting. What the heck is it ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250567743817&viewitem=&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1123
  9. I've been collecting old stuff for years. I guess that's why my grand kids call me Grandpa Dodge.
  10. I'll have to agree with that statement. Do they have an Ammco 1750 to get the shoes centered ?
  11. Just lucky I guess
  12. Hi 42Dodgeguy, I have a 42 Dodge bizzy coupe and have been looking for the correct front bumper for quite some time. Any leads ? Thanks, Reg
  13. Don. I just found another SpitSfire head but it's the only one I'v seen since I discovered this one. So far it seems I can only fine one at a time right after someone is looking for one.
  14. Did you click on the link in the original post? Maybe if I relist it with the flexible 3" duct added to the lot the frenzie will begin.
  15. Do it Ed ! I'll split the profit with ya.

  20. Yeah man. Love that song http://www.bing.com/videos/watch/video/zz-top-sharp-dressed-man/A5A6C47565199A0E7B03A5A6C47565199A0E7B03
  21. I don't remember what I paid for them Bill. They were an eBay purchase years ago. I don't think these will fit any of your old MoPars if you have the stock rims w/clips.
  22. Cute dog. How long has Cooper had a drivers license?
  23. Well, yes they are the same design as the B series trucks but the lettering & functions they are controlling are different.
  24. Dodge.....Plymouth ?
