Check this reference chart for most popular rear ends. http://50chevy.freeservers.com/Suspension_Widths.html#Suspension also some one just mentioned they swapped in a Cherokee rear (of which there are several including a MOPAR 8.25, and or a DANA 35) most common are mopar with a 3.55 ratio, You may need to swap the spring perches from top to bottom. You will also need to update your driveshaft. And for MOPAR specific pieces;

I think big butt Dodges should have sidemount spares flaired into the fenders......then you can use the strap on rearviews. My car came with retangular clip ons, they were mismatched and de-silvering, so I replaced them with some cheapy Taiwan rect's from a Swap meet. I had them on the verticle axis. Have since switched to 4 inch rounds, but they need longer arms.

I have used 15w 40 in my rebuilt P26 engine for 2 years. My machine shop guy told me to put a couple heat cycles in it running it at high idle 1200 to 1500 rpm up to operating temp, let it cool down and do it again.retorque the head, then he said to drive it like I stole it, change the oil and filter at 1000 miles. So that's what I did. Put new 15w 40 I got from Tractor Supply Company. Traveler Premium in a 2 gallon container. It is approved by MACk Trucks Diesel applications.
