The one with the four doors has four wires. If I use a battery charger on 6 volts how can I test it to see if the motor works being a positive ground how do I check it ?

Was just looking at the heater with the single wire it is only a blower there is no heater core in it maybe the two go together?

I hooked up the single wire heater to a 6 volt battery charger and it spins freely and quietly . Just have to check heater core now .?

Thanks for the advice . The top one has 3 wires going to the blower motor and the bottom one has only 1 wire but has duct work for defrosters.

I have a 1952 Dodge panel truck that some one took all the heating system out . These two heaters were in with other parts in the back of the truck. I might need heat being in Rhode Island but not sure if either one belongs. Don't have any heater controls in dash also. I know you guys have more knowledge than any encyclopedia. Thanks Dave

Tony Looks like the seat is 22 inches wide, the back is 22 inches high and the bottom is 18 inches deep . Trying to send pics still learning . Hope this helps. Dave

I have a set I took out . I'll take some pics with a tape measure. If your driving by the state of Rhode Island stop by and take them . The passenger seat has hinges on the front mounts. If you tilt the seat forward there is a tool box under the floor with an access panel.

this summer this summer I worked on the brakes if I had joined the Forum a lot earlier I might have done a rear end swap instead probably would have been cheaper and more efficient. Also put an axle seal in . The pinion seal is leaking I guess I need to borrow torches to get it loose . Will look up on the forum for tech on that.

I picked up seats out of a dodge caravan at pick and pull for $45 2 buckets and a bench . Made brackets for the buckets to make them sit lower.
