That color is PERFECT!!!!!! If you look at factory photos of engines on the line,

thats exactly what they looked like. It was a flattish silver. Also---the "Everdry"

sparkplug boot adapters WERE actually a bright metal color. They may have been "Cad" plated. I have several NOS sets that are in the MOPAR box yet, and thats how they look to me.

Do you know where I could see some of these photo's? Are they in color?

I painted my engine with an aluminum color from Eastwood. I wanted something a bit more "glittery" so I went with their color.

Yours looks right on in my opinion, plus you got the Mopar paint. How can you go wrong from buying a factory color from the factory?

That's what I thought, but having seen so many bright silver engines it made me wonder if it was right.

The pics of engines on the line came from factory photos and was in one of the

Plymouth Bullitins that was an issue done for P-15s . Its from 1984 and the pics were furnished by the the Nat. Pres. ,Sherwood Kahlenberg ,who had access to

Chrysler File Photos. I dont know how to post a pic, but my son does. I will try and put it on. I know---sounds silly that I dont know how, but believe me guys,Im doin good just typing. Frank M.
