Howard Tarnoff Posted July 2, 2008 Report Posted July 2, 2008 Magoo is now back from the interior shop and the motor is rebuilt and painted. I have added a bunch of pictures at the picasa web album if anyone is interested. The debut show is July 13th at the Endicott Estate in Dedham MA...and my fingers are tightly crossed that we make it. http://picasaweb.google.com/CrusinDuck/Magoo Quote

Howard Tarnoff Posted July 3, 2008 Author Report Posted July 3, 2008 First I want to say ...WOW. That is really turning out great. I love the interior. Can you gve some more info on the sill plates? They are hard to photograph, I will try again next week when installed to shoot without a flash. The guys at Xtreme alway come up with one item that is a personalization and a gift to the owner. The 49 had really ugly, hell I am the same age as the car and Im ugly too, 55 year old rubber sill-plates. Nobody at the time I was looking made repros so I left it up to Xtreme. We will officially change the cars name from Magoo to My Way when he rolls out of the shop. So on the drivers side My Way is engraved. On the passenger side it says His Way. The logo is the Plymouth Ship with Big's and Littles and Pipes. Quote
