Plymouthy Adams Posted May 27, 2008 Report Posted May 27, 2008 maybe someone wanted to protect it so put in in there..if it were put in the trunk of the original model..it would have the trunk lid rust and cave in on it damaging it forever Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted May 27, 2008 Report Posted May 27, 2008 I think someone just wanted to give that car a little more class, so they stuck that hubcap in there. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 27, 2008 Report Posted May 27, 2008 Norm..I see you are one that views the glass as half empty.... Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted May 27, 2008 Report Posted May 27, 2008 Norm..I see you are one that views the glass as half empty.... Tim, don't know why you would say that. I'm always optimistic about things. I always say the glass is half full. That said, that Chevy hubcap does add class to that car. After all, have you ever heard a song lyrics like "See the USA, in your Chevrolet" about any other make of car? Has to be a reason for such a song. Must also be a reason why you haven't heard one too. I also gave my coupe some class when I put the repop 57 Chevy spinners on it. Quote
