I recently acquired a D-19 Coupe.  Definitely a project but overall I think a decent base to start with. Sheet metal work will be inner and out door rocker panels, floor pan sections , rear splash/fill pan, and running boards.  This site seems very informative and I’m glad you guys exist as old Mopar info seems to be a niche when compared to Tri-5 Chevy stuff. I’ve been wanting a cool pre-war car and absolutely love the lines on this coupe.

Welcome and nice find! That business coupe does look like it's a good foundation to build on.  As an owner of a 41 Plymouth, IMHO that year is special in terms of pre-war. Especially when you think about all the history that took place soon after it was built. A real time machine.

BTW - that pickup in the background is interesting as well. Any story on that?

Nothing on the truck except that almost every time I show someone a picture of my new project I get asked about the truck.  It belongs to the gentleman I got the car from.  Maybe I missed out on something . ?
