tanner Posted February 8, 2021 Report Posted February 8, 2021 Are the bushings available? If not, is there an alternate to the original bushing. I have searched the internet with no results. Frustrated and hoping someone will take my big hammer away from me before I make another adjustment to the car. Quote
61farnham Posted February 9, 2021 Report Posted February 9, 2021 Check out this earlier post, I used the bushings and shaft from a '46-'48 F**d on my '48 Plymouth master cylinder. Quote

tanner Posted February 9, 2021 Author Report Posted February 9, 2021 I knew there was an alternative bushing; just had to find a "thinker outside the box". Much obliged! as my "Depression Era" father would say. Thanks for the lead. As for the chainsaw, I've got a ways to go before reaching that skill set. As always....Hammer to fit; paint to match. tanner Posted February 12, 2021 Author Report Posted February 12, 2021 Great info. These old cars need innovative thinking and a lot of it. Thanks to everyone sharing their experiences. As always....Hammer to fit; paint to match. Quote
