does anyone make a single inlet brake proportioning valve?  I'm going to use a single reservoir MC.  Or do I T the input to got to both the front and rear on a dual res valve?

The aftermarket is filled with a plethora of single inlet adjustable proportioning valves, like this:

What I think you are talking about is a combination valve like this:

All I could find at first was the bottom one.  I've found one like the top single inlet now.  Am I correct is thinking that this is in the front brake line only so that the front pressure can be dialed down?

It's designed to lessen the pressure to the rear brakes, as a percentage of the pressure in, to compensate for rear brake lock up.
