My daughter, (knowing my interests), gave me some manuals this Christmas she had collected through the year .I will be adding them to my modest library of automotive literature. The U.S. Military Automotive manual is one that I have not yet read, although I am sure some of you on this forum are quite familiar with it...

For Father's day this year, my son asked for ideas for me, and I gave him names of a couple of manuals I'd enjoy having. ( I even gave him the web site listing addresses). He got me a couple, and I've enjoyed them. I even took the shop manual w/me to the local shop for some hand brake repair, just in case the mechanic there needed it for reference. (He didn't). Anyway, old parts manuals and owners manuals are great gift ideas. ?
