A pulse in the brake pedal, when brakes are applied, is usually due to a warped brake disc or drum. If the drum is out of round the shoe will follow the concentric circle causing the pulse/oscillation feel.

Thanks.I solved the problem.

1st:I was thinking that was a cracked and welded front left drum I use since many years.

2nd:Changed the drum to another different, but continues the oscillation,it did not enter totally until the backing plate1552251618_Trocalonasdianteiraesquerda.jpg.9f7ad3aa9663cc6f5ecd407ede92884f.jpg.

3rd:Identified a strange ring in axle shaft and withdrew it.

4th:Reput my old, cracked and welded drum and felt the oscillation reduced.

somewhere along the line you need to have quality parts that are true to specification....your shoe lining may well now be  'conditioned' to that of the old drum....I hope you are repairing this with the aid of the proper brake tool...else, when finished you still going to have issue if not immediately apparent, somewhere down the line they will pop up...then you back to teardown and scratching your head for ideas and answers
