First Experience With Scarebird

 I recently ordered a Wilwood Master Cylinder Mount Bracket from Scarebird. This is my first time dealing with them. Part was ordered a week and a half ago and paid through PayPal. Five days later I'm looking for my part to arrive in the mail, instead I receive an email from Scarebird stating that they are moving and I won't have my bracket until early September. I'm not very happy about this. There was nothing on their website indicating that there would be shipping delays because they are moving. After searching the internet I can't find the bracket anywhere else. I'm not impressed.

Can't blame you for being unhappy. They shouldn't have taken your order OR your money if they couldn't complete the contract in a timely manner.

I recall reading that legally you're entitled to a refund if the seller can't ship a mail order item within 30 days.

Did you call/email them back and ask that they either ship earlier, or refund your money? Of course if you can't find that exact part and that is what you need, you will either have to wait for it, or make your own.

I'm sorry to hear this. I got a disc kit for my 54 truck and they were really great. I hope this is just a fluke.
