Jim Gaspard Posted May 5, 2017 Report Posted May 5, 2017 Been to Bernbaum and Steele without success looking for the rubber bushing/grommet the fits into the shifting linkage rod next to steering knuckle. Anyone have a source? Quote
Don Coatney Posted May 5, 2017 Report Posted May 5, 2017 I don't have one but is this what you need? Quote
Desotodav Posted May 5, 2017 Report Posted May 5, 2017 Did you look at a T-200 at Bernbaums Jim? I think that is what I ordered - I won't be home until next week to check. Quote
Jim Gaspard Posted October 17, 2017 Author Report Posted October 17, 2017 Thanks all. I did find on at Bernbaum....Moparparts. Jim Quote
pflaming Posted October 17, 2017 Report Posted October 17, 2017 A small ball bearing, works great, shifts very easy, a bit out of the box, but oh well. Quote
johnsartain Posted October 17, 2017 Report Posted October 17, 2017 (edited) That looks very similar to the rubber grommet/bushing that is used on the shift linkage of the Dodge, Durango/Dakota/Ram X500 four wheel drive shift linkage. Dimensions would confirm this. The bushing I am speaking of is about a 1/2 - 5/8 hole in the shift lever and is designed to fit a 5/16 or so linkage shaft. I have a transfer case out of a truck I can look at this evening if you need me to. I am only guessing at the dimensions. Edited October 17, 2017 by johnsartain Quote
Jj1981 Posted October 18, 2017 Report Posted October 18, 2017 This is what I used works great with a cotter pin to hold it in place. I drilled the center out to fit Quote
