53 parking loght info

Have 1953 Dodge pick up. On the  Dodge pick up. On the front grill on the left and right side there is a raised sheet metal housing that holds the parking light and turn signal what is that  light housing called ? I need one and I don't know what it's called thank you in advance .

It's called hard to get and usually expensive.

I don't know the official name, but I call it the "parking light bucket"

I think it might be one of those parts different people call it different things

I don't have my parts manual handy but those are sometimes available on ebay. As mentioned they are often missing and can get a bit pricey.

Roberts Motor Parts sells a very nice repro glass lense for a lot less than this.

Guess I messed up. Couple years ago I took a pair, sandblasted them, filled pits, primed and gave them to an older guy in the area that needed them. Didn't realize I was giving away gold!

Or you could just look at it as doing someone a good deed. It doesn't always have to be about how much money you can get for something.

Yes, I wanted to see him on the road. Also sold him a good for radiator $50. Put him on the road.
