Plymouthy Adams
wonder how many of the old structures are still around and if the parks are still there or have been aside for progress...the police headquarters building...is this the inspiration behind prisoners wearing stripped uniforms...man that was hard on the eyes... Don Coatney
I used to ice skate in Lakeside Park in the 50's and today it looks just like it did in 1938. I attended North Side High School and it still looks the same but it has been added on to. Harvester and GE buildings are still standing but vacant and in disrepair. Most of the downtown buildings and churches are still in use today. Lisa and I got married in the courthouse and it looks the same today as in 1938. I very much enjoyed watching this film clip. Plymouthy Adams
Good...the old towns up north were pretty much laid out nicely...progress has a way of cluttering the view..
