Beautiful car but why???

I was going thought our local craigs listing and saw this beautifull older Plymouth and wondered why they did not clean up the engine a little.  What do you think?  It really is a nice looking car-Jon

Jon, if he was 'showing' his car then I would want to see a 'cleaner' engine compartment, but to sell I prefer to see what he has been running with, to me it's just a bit more 'honest'. It's easy to mess up a solid engine compartment with a quick coat of paint. When I rebuilt the engine in my truck, I just gave it six coats of clear and left it. I get alot of compliments like "a real flathead" , just like the one we had when i was in HS, etc. "you left the six banger in, cool".

Um, it's in Spanaway, I'm surprised it has paint and glass, let alone a decent interior and a running L6...    FYI, Puyallup born, raised on the Graham/Spanaway line. Graduated from the Catholic high school in Tacoma...
