Minutes of the meeting of the P15 D24 northeast members Activity commitee.

Sunday October 23, 2011, The Famous Roscoe Diner, Roscoe NY

Members present Chet B (Mid Atlantic rep Va.-De) Mark D (western Ma.rep)

Bob D (Hudson Valley rep) Greg G (Upstate NY rep)

The meeting was called to order at 10:04 EDST as there were 4 or 4 members in good standing present, a quroum was established and recognized.

As this was the first meeting of this Ad Hoc commitee there were no member reports and no old business. A motion was made and seconded to proceed to new business

Chet B moved that it was a great morning and that this get together was both fun, and informative, and that more similar activities should be developed. Bob D seconded, question called ayes 4 nays 0. motion passed

Mark D made a motion that other members should be actively encouraged to plan and attend future informal get togethers, and that such activities be announced via the P15 D 24 forum, seconded by Greg G, question called ayes 4 nays 0

Greg G introduced an item to recognize Chet B, and Mark D for accepting the long distance challange to be there or be square, Bob D acclaimed support for the item.

Bob D made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Chet B motion passed by universal acclaimation.

Gas for trip; $70.00.

Breakfast with tip; $14.00.

Kicking tires and telling lies in the parking lot, and not being square; Priceless!

Pretty woman to be acknowledged for taking photographs, and just a little BS and not running away.
