RobertKB Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 I just got back from a 900 mile trip to Spokane, Washington, in my '63 Ford:eek: Fairlane 500. It is a big international meet held between clubs in the northwest US and western Canadian provinces. Lots of nice cars. However, I only took pictures of Mopars with Flathead engines with 4, 6, or 8 cylinders. No V8's. I usually take pictures of everything at a show but never really look at them again so this time I limited myself. There were some gorgeous Packards and a beautiful Pierce-Arrow with matching Pierce-Arrow trailer but the overall winner of pre 1949 cars was a stunning 1930 Chrysler just off a fresh restoration. Anyway, here are the cars built by Chrysler or a company absorbed by them such as Dodge Brothers. 1919 Dodge Brothers - same owner/restorer as 1930 Chrysler 1930 Chrysler - winner of pre 1949 cars 1933 Plymouth 1938 Dodge Pickup 1941 Chrysler 1949 Chrysler Convertible Quote
DLK Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 I'd be scared to drive some of those cars and put a scratch or dimple in them. What great looking cars. Quote
1950 Special Deluxe Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 A few members of our club, (Saskatoon Antique Auto Club) made the trek out to Spokane as well. Have not heard any reports from them. Quote

Yes, I talked to some of your members. One of them who lives a bit north-east of Saskatoon won the trophy for the car that was driven the furthest to the meet. 860 miles one way. Quote
oldodge41 Posted July 6, 2011 Report Posted July 6, 2011 That pickup and '63 Fury make a nice pair. Quote
