ggdad1951
it is such a good feeling....when will you run it?
dontknowitall
hopefully be able to start it in the next couple of weeks.. I have been not well, still struggling with remnants of a stroke a few years back, so i have to take things easy. Although I have been able to help my son's restoration of his 65 Plymouth Safari Wagon, a few hours a day is all I can get out of my body at present. That is the frustrating bit! At 58 I feel like an old man!
NiftyFifty
CHEATER!!!! LOL.....trying doing it with the cab on the truck....I'm thinking maybe I should have removed a few more bolts and took mine off..looks like a bear to get the motor back in with the cab on.. raidmagic
Awesome! Always fun to put a motor in something. Hopefully you'll hear it run before long. What's the condition of the cab and bed?

olddodgeguy
Looking good! I know what you mean on the getting old stuff. Working on these trucks will help keep you younger. LOL Mike
raidmagic
A bit of work...see some of the pics, but I am already halfway there. That's really cool, I can't tell from the pics but is that a one piece body? By the pics it looks like the bed and cab are all one.
Desotodav
Good job Ryan... brings back memories of looking into the back of my truck a couple of years ago. It's surprising what the combination of time, $, and a lick of paint can do! It looks like you're progressing well. Keep up the good work!!! dontknowitall
The Ozzie B2B's have a "ute" body... That's really cool, I can't tell from the pics but is that a one piece body? By the pics it looks like the bed and cab are all one.
PatS....
Looking very nice. No rush, you know. Take it easy. I haven't been able to do anything on my car for 2 yrs...I know what you mean about feeling like an old man. I'm lucky to get 2 good hours in before I'm out of gas completely. I really like the look of the ute type body on your truck...makes it look more civilized. Or is that civilised?
dontknowitall
I was lucky..2 small strokes and there was the bigger one..it took me a few years to regain physical strenght in my left side..almost back to normal now, except there is still not a lot of energy...and then there is the memory bit! Ha..but i keep on plotting..this truck gave me back my self confidence..
raidmagic
Man that is super cool I didn't know they were made like that. Good to hear you're getting back to normal, strokes are scary things. Keep plugging away.
