I started to get the boat ready today before I drop it in the water for the season. I have had this boat for 4 years now and this is the first time I'm replacing the bellows, they were starting to look dried out (not sure when they were replaced before I bought it). So far it's not a bad job just need a couple special tools to remove the bell housing and shift cable. I'm also gonna replace the water pump in the drive. Last season I replaced the riser (hopefully I will be good for a few more seasons.) Can't wait for the warm weather!

I agree. I use to get a lot more projects done before this box got me hooked. I'm going to TRY and sign off now.
