greg g Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 I think I see some Morris Garage influence here. Not exactely a shooting brake but it kinda grows on you, come on admit it. Quote

Niel Hoback Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 I used to have a Vauxhall Victor station wagon like the one behind that wreck. Quote

Niel Hoback Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 Yeah, another case of cross-breeding that doesn't work out. Quote
Olddaddy Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 Well, on a small insular Island Nation I think it would be in-breeding, not cross-breeding........... Quote
Niel Hoback Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 You are right about that. Way too far in-breeding. Quote
greg g Posted November 11, 2010 Author Report Posted November 11, 2010 That set up looks like a place whee further inbreeding might occur..... Quote
Robin (UK) Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 (edited) I used to have a Vauxhall Victor station wagon like the one behind that wreck. Hey Niel, The station wagon in the background is a MkII Ford Consul, Zephyr or Zodiac - I think it's a Zephyr, judging by the rear panel and lights. These station wagons were bodied by a company called Farnham, on behalf of Ford. They are very rare, nowadays. There is a feature on one in the current issue of Classic & Sports Car magazine. Here's a Zodiac... Edited November 11, 2010 by Robin (UK) Quote
Niel Hoback Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 Well, of course you are right. I guess i just liked that little car so much that I want to see them whenever something looks even remotely like one. Thanks for the info. Quote
