Yes, I've seen a lot of copies of a similar publication for the P17 and P18's but never one for the P22 and P23's.

There was a thread on water pumps a little while ago that touched on the number of blades on the impeller in the water pump. This pamphlet notes the change to a six bladed impeller and a new housing. So I guess that tells what year the change happened.
