New head gasket and misc items

Well I got my car all put back together again and took it out on the freeway and it definitely has more zip and top end. After all the problems I had with getting the old 70 year old car up and running I think she running just about a good as she did when she was new! But I'm looking for a gasket set for my carburetor as it needs a new main body one. My carburetor is a BVX-3 and if you have an extra set I sure would like to buy it. Right now the old gasket is held together with some permatex and that is not sat but it will due for now. I'm not sure about that designation of BVX-3 but it is for a fluid drive carburetor 1942.img076.jpg

Ran it yesterday to heat the head up and then torque tork it.

It is cheap insurance to keep checking the headbolts (after they have cooled down) every time you run it; I had to retorque mine 3 times before they stopped moving.
