dwilliamson03 Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 I was needing to replace my shocks on the front of my B1D, does anyone have the part #??? Quote
greg g Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 Jim Yergin on the car side just did a swap of shock mounts using the truck uppers on his 41 Plymouth wagon. If you search his posts I believe he posted the part mumber of the shocks he used as they were form the 1/2 ton truck application. Quote
Merle Coggins Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 OEM Part number is 1311188 for the front and 1243639 for rears, but I wasn't successful in crossing them to anything modern. Good luck, Merle Quote
grey beard Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 You don't need part numbers for this stuff - just go to AutoZone and buy 'em. That's where I got mine - front and rear - about #22 bukkz each. Can't beat that with a stick, what . . . Quote
dwilliamson03 Posted February 2, 2010 Author Report Posted February 2, 2010 I live in the middle of nowhere, all we have is a carquest and they can't find anything. Thats why i was hoping for a # Quote

oldmopar Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 I installed a set of Gabriel 81147 on the front of my 48 B1D. They had the same compressed and extended as what was I removed. I got them from amazon for about $35 including shipping Quote
