Wow that cars low. Looks like any lower and you wont make it into the driveway anymore. Looks like you could use a new spring setup for the trunk lid too :D

I wish it was already that low but yes it's photoshoped. My buddy Joe was messing with it. I do love the mother natured cured look may have to just clean up the interior and ride as is.

nice photoshopping, i have the same plans, but you won't get it that low without serious frame mods, i guess. i have been messing around with the suspension on my 40 and all i get is 3" in the back, 1 1/2" in the front without steering problems. on 16" rims, that is. otherwise you'd have a turning radius like the exxon valdez:rolleyes: if you get lower, please show me how:D

but watch out for bump steer...

great patina, keep it!

and the vw is really neat, too! you don't see them too often anymore, even over here they are getting a rare sight.

Ya yo run into steering problems a lot when you get that low even in a vw my 63 bu has a 2 inch narrowed beam and drop spindles but the cool thing is I was able to get 4.5 brms from machine 7 over in your neck of the woods so I have good clearance. no bump steer as my buddy has with his 4" beam I will def try to post any project pics as I am just getting started in the hod rod scene ben doin vw's for like 20 years

Yep, you did make the trip over here.

Fire away your questions, these guys/gals are full of good knowledge on the ole Plymouth and Dodges, and helped me a bunch with my DeSoto questions.

YA Me ! well after my wife got home I hit the car hot and heavy wfor what I could. After blowing mystery oil all over the place I got the thing to turn over with the battery from my vw. with that in mind I said well what the hace I'm gonna try and get it to fire. He where are 11.11 my time a full trip around the valley to pick up freebie parts from my friends thanks freinds I now have spark the car turns over but still no big bang. Well maybe next weekend. I just read the post about vacuum leaks I did not even take into acount for. I need to make sure thats no my problem as well. I am hopeing my plugs are just fowled with mystery oil. so the saga continues.
