Young Ed Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 Wow that part about the 100,000 trucks and SUVs sitting around rotting just smacks of the 80s all over again. And they said then too no more building vehicles that aren't ordered...... Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 While I am not saying there may be difficulties and excess reserves..be aware that 68% of all statistics are made up on the spot..(just like this one was) Don't believe everything you hear..as an analyst for 16 years we could made any figure look good or bad according to what we were trying to sell/promote at the moment. The merger of Chrysler/Damiler to prevent a hostile takeover and concession made to protect the work force were never honored by the Damiler group..it is spiraling downhill..I have no silver bullet but hate to see such as this happening.
