while driving the plymouth to work this morning. I stopped at a light and the buy behind me ran up and knocked on my window and told me "that my left rear tire or axel was wobbeling 1/4" to 1/2" while driving"

what could cause this other than the lug nuts being loose? i just had the brakes bleed , maybe they took the wheel off?

Put the suspect wheel on the front so you can give it a spin and take a look at it. One loose lug will not ususally cause a wobble as the other 4 are doing their thing. If it wobbles onn the front, you will be able to see it and maybe even mark the high spot with a piece of chalk.

If it doesn't wobble on the front then you need to look at your axle. Probably just a bent wheel or tire. Are your tires bias ply or radial??? If a radial it might be a bad belt.

All good advise. As Tom mentioned, a radial tire will do that too if a belt slips. I once had a belt slip on a tire with less than a couple thousand miles on it, while I was on the freeway during rush hour. Was on the front, and it immediately through the car out of control when I hit a joint in the road changing lanes. Luckily I was able to get the car back under control without someone hitting me, or me them. The car was new so took it to the dealer. They changed the tire under the warranty and no more problems with it.
