Rodney Bullock Posted September 24, 2009 Report Posted September 24, 2009 Greg, I have my hands full. I am working on 3 cars at one time. Oddly enough none of them is the Plymouth. My heater core went out in the 66 Dodge, the T-Bird 's generator quit. I ordered another and the housing is turned the wrong way. The 78 Pontiac's alternators bearings are going bad. The T-Bird is blocking two running cars in and I can't move them until I get it running. Tomorrow morning I am sending the generator back so if I can get it back in time I will make an appearence at the poc show. Hey I just turned 50 yesterday and all heck has broke loose. Don't worry I will try to get there saturday or Friday. Did I read correctly that JIm was coming on friday? if so Jim let's try to go together. Quote
eric wissing Posted September 24, 2009 Report Posted September 24, 2009 Happy Birthday Rodney. Did the AARP send a letter about a week before? That really burned me. Eric Quote
randroid Posted September 24, 2009 Report Posted September 24, 2009 Eric, AARP sends them out when you turn 49 so things are better than they seem because you just became a year younger than you were before you got their letter! Rodney, One car that's not running parked in front of two cars that are running is not a blockage in my book. -Randy Quote
greg g Posted September 24, 2009 Author Report Posted September 24, 2009 Well, I remember when I turned 50 (11 years ago) I felt pretty good, could get up and down from under a car without help and didn't drool my morning oatmeal. So i ain't accepting any excuses!!!! Get your butt out here. Jim Said he was coming Friday, chet also. Quote
