One answer I got from google was a pensacola lumber company, lol...the most hits I got was for a camera co. that still makes flashes and strobes today.

I see 2 wires and a ground point attatchment so I'm going to say an emergency flasher for the rear lites?

that would be an interesting after market gadget then, right?

never heard of it. i have some unexplanable switches under the dash... not connected, though. i wonder if it works?

i am installing a complete selfmade signal unit including hazard tomorrow anyway, maybe i can find out some more.

there was this other thingy in the glove box:

goes by the same name like the heater on the right side, under the dash.

i wonder how that is wired...

you see, there are a lot of mysteries in my car for me:D

was around when they were popular, My aunt had a calico in the back of her 55 chevy. Do a search for winky the cat, there is a blog entry from a guy who wired up a modern toy cat. I saw it ths am when looking for th eic I posted. His pics woudn't link, but the step by step is ou there. Oh and by the way the ribon is a required bit of kit........
