BobT-47P15 Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 Yah, Tim, they had a couple variations of the color scheme. It wad discussed a while back. I can't recall if the silver one pictured was on like earlier models such at '46, or what. Yours looks right respectable. That was pretty wierd, painting the center gold like they did. However, my money is on you!!!!! Quote
John Mulders Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Looks real good Tim, you must have been touching the steering wheel I had similar black hands when I was working on that black stuff. John Quote
Ed Griffin Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 That wouldnt be those high dollar, fire proof, green coveralls would they Tim? Quote
RobertKB Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Looks good, Tim. Amazing what a little paint will do. Quote
Ed Griffin Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 LOL, I had to ask. They used to be very ticky about getting those back on jobs where we had to wear them....your so called "piddling" paint projects that you've been doing have really turned out well. You can learn a lot at a Holiday Inn Quote
Guest Nelsons Ply Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v70/nnbaker/Horn.jpg This is the color of the one in my car. I guess they just used red or gold in the back ground. I am sure it will look great when you are done with it Tim. Quote
