OK, so it's not quite ready to drive it over to the UMM gathering this coming Saturday.:( The cab's a bit drafty and the heater SUCKS,:mad: my bucket seat isn't too secure,:eek: but it runs and drives. :) (at least around the shop yard)

But the brakes are done (may have to bleed and adjust 1 more time) so I can at least stop now. The mechanicals are pretty much done for now. It's time to move on to the body work.

Merle,

That's what you call air conditioning.:) Like your seat too. As for driving to the meet Saturday, I won't be driving my coupe either. Have the blue collector plates on it. They aren't any good during the month of January.:( Plus, I still have my gas sending unit disconnected in the trunk. Want to string new wires from the dash gage to the sending unit. Didn't get around to it on the warm days we had. Waiting for some more warm days to do it now.

Merle;

Looks good. Wise choice of tires on the rear:D Hate to see you hung out to dry in a snow drift.

I think its a tradition to drive them as soon as they are able. Here's 2 shots of mine minutes before the first drive. BTW I forgot to move that dremel and it fell out in the driveway and got ran over! Its still got a big smush in the case.....
