Just tried going invisible:cool: Got the red dot, but strangely, I still show up in the "currently active list":mad: (I may only be visible to me) 21st century technology. Smoke and mirrors.

EDIT: Now that I look more closely, there is an * after my name, so apparently I am invisible to all but myself.

I've had my profile set up that way since the beginning of the new forum. And yes, you do see your name but no one else does.

In answer to why I have my profile set that way, the answer is simple. I prefer it that way. Just as you guys may prefer to do some things differently than someone else does. That's the only reason for it, and the one that counts.

Shel says its official...donuts on me..only catch..got to show up at my door to collect....I just came in from the shop to allow a bit of paint to flash before next coat and grab a cup of coffee...
