  1. The cast spoke wheels became standard equipment in 1950 on the B2 series heavy duty trucks from 2 3/4 to 4 ton (R,T,V and Y series). The Y series 4 ton trucks were added to the lineup in 1950 for the first time also.
  2. If you have a low geared rear end 4:10 ratio you might want to consider a taller tire. I plan on running 215/85R16 tires on my B2B thus increasing my upper end speed.
  3. Do you have any idea where it came from?
  4. The deluxe cab has the rear quarter windows
  5. Yea, you will get lots of good advise. That is a very unusual bed on that truck .
  6. Almost makes you wonder if it was a staged picture. The thermometer looks too new and someone has went to the effort of applying herbicide around the building.
  7. Just took a quick count 22 guns and 7 dodge pickups does not include those that will not run.
  8. Best guess a lever action 22 probably a Henry. http://www.henryrifles.com/rifles/lever-action-22-rifle/
  9. Truck drivers learn quickly how to bend the rules (speed limits, load limits, weight limits, time limits, etc.)

  11. I believe it is the button with the green plus sign in the upper right. Sorry for your misfortune.
  12. Looks secluded. How far from your nearest neighbor? Pretty country.
  13. Always interested in pictures, post them. The more the merrier.
  14. If you farmer something you make it work with what ever you have at the time, to get the job completed, usually baling wire or duct tape. Mickey moused is just shoddy work resulting in a military term fubar.
  15. What did you do, kick a new Honda 4 wheeler out from under the roof to put the truck away? Larry
  16. I used Steele Rubber for all the window gaskets also. After reading all the horror stories on the forum, I wanted the best product available for the window gaskets. But I did use Robert's rubber parts for the remaining interior parts (door rubber, vent window rubber, etc.). I was satisfied with these parts and considerably cheaper than Steele Rubber. Larry
  17. I think the change was actually made in the middle of the 1950 B2B series.
  18. I have never seen a definitive list of what the actual years and car models are that would allow a direct swap. The threads just say some cars in some years. It would be helpful to have a better idea of where to start looking for the correct pumpkin.
  19. Instead of just replying to the topic hit the more reply options button. Below the reply box you have the option to browse your computer for the picture you want to post. After you find your photo attach the file. You may need to resize your picture smaller in order to upload. This is accomplished by editing your picture prior to uploading
  20. They even had a few bad days in the good old days. 1937 Dodge pickup
