  1. For those of you that have done the 12v conversion, what alternator/generator and brackets did you use to make it work?
  2. So i have searched around but i can't seem to find the information i need. 1) I have a 53 P24 that i have converted 12v -ground but I believe my starter finally went out, so I was curious what 12v starter fits/works the best? 2) I somehow snapped my front sway bar and I have read we can use one off a Jeep, but I am not sure what years or models we can use. 3) For those that have done the front disk brake conversion, did you use a different master cylinder? if so witch one? Thanks everyone :-) Martin
  3. most i have done is saved it from a field and eventually getting crushed, got her running and won some project and under construction trophys.

  22. Hey guys, long time no talk, well i made it my priority to get more done on my p24 this summer and take it to as many car shows i can and just drive it as much as possible. So with that said i decided to pop in here with an update and plans. First off the last time i drove her she was overheating pretty bad, so tomorrow or here soon i am going to replace my rusty failed water pump with a new one. I am looking into power disk brakes and power steering options at the moment and also a 318 to build on the side...just in case my 218 gives up it's ghost.
  23. in the little town i live with we have every parts store you could want or need with in a couple blocks from each other, Autozone, Napa, O'Reillys, Star Autoparts and House of Quality autoparts also a plethera of mechanic shops and with all these shops around it's a gamble cause the only ones that have any clue are Star and House of quality and that's only if you get the good people that day, Autozone had one girl working there that didn't even know what a carb was....
  24. absolutely beautiful car!
