  2. Thanks for all the comments guys! Tom
  3. Hey guys, It's been awhile 'cause of what happened and I've been very busy. I decided to move back to the Cleveland, Ohio area (actually Mentor) because my kids are still up here. They're having more kids, so they need a closeby grandpa. Terri was my life in Melbourne Beach and I just couldn't stay there any longer. The P12 was still in her name as well as the Navigator. Both are going to the estate until her family figures out the mess. She didn't make out a will. Her son was nice enough to give me a car to haul back from North Carolina. I sold my cars a while back to pay bills when the 2008 crunch was going on. Things happened so fast. I'm now just gonna wait 'till the snow comes and freeze my butt off. lol Someday maybe I'll get another 40's Plymouth or Dodge to play with. I don't see that happening right now and I miss it bigtime. Terri's son-in-law had me drive the Plymouth to their house in Malabar just before I left and park it. It killed me to walk away from it. 4 years and all the work I put in to it. UGH!! Enough ranting. Just wanted to let you guys know where I've been. Tom
  4. Bob, My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. I know what your going through. Just remember all the fun you guys had in the Plymouth. Tom
  5. When I got my P12 in August 2007 it had 65,000 miles. But the cable was broke and the odometer was frozen. I bought and installed an NOS one in Feb. 2009. I've put 5,193.8 since then. I've been driving it off and on to Malabar, which is 30 miles. It has been running pretty good. Tom
  6. About two hours ago I was invited to eat dinner at my neighbor's house when we were talking about Irene. Then he asked me if I heard about the quake in Virginia I said no 'cause most of the day I was doing yardwork. I hope everybody's ok. Tom
  7. Thomas, welcome to the best Mopar flathead site on the planet! Some pictures when you get a chance. Tom
  8. As of this morning it says it will graze us and have a direct hit on the S.C. and N.C. border possibly as a Cat 3. The high pressure system in place is starting to break down making Irene going off to the right a bit. I wish it would fizzle like Emily did but...... I hope the best for everyone in that area. Tom
  9. Be aware! Everybody better tie your stuff down if you live along the east coast! I'm hoping Irene will go a little farther east by Thursday! I moved a bunch of stuff outta the way so I can get the P12 in the garage. I don't want the windows to get blowed out. I got my plywood and tapcons ready if need be! Tom
  10. That car is worth the money. Tom
  11. A couple of months ago I had mentioned the clutch was engaging funny. It started slipping a little bit and I shortened the clutch rod and got my 1 inch of freeplay back. It hasn't slipped since. There was also no smell or smoke. Tom
  12. It worked for me. My headlights are as bright as modern headlights. Tom
  13. Well worth the 400 bucks! Good luck! Tom
  14. It's nice to hear the ole' girl run, huh? Tom
  15. Desotodav and Joel, Thanks guys! Tom
  16. Thanks Bob! I was holding her hands when she passed. Tom
  17. My Terri passed away at 1:55 pm. She had no pain and is at peace now. It's just hard to believe it was only 2weeks and five days since she went to the hospital! Thanks to all you guys that helped my through this. You are the best!! Tom
  18. Just ain't the same! Waste of money! My 2 cents. Tom
  19. Well guys....Terri didn't respond at all to the hollistics, so as of 3pm this afternoon she was transported to a Hospice in Palm Bay about 10 miles from me. Her daughter, son-in-law and I took turns giving her pain meds, feeding her, etc.... It's only a matter of time now... I really appreciate all the kind words for her. BTW.. I had a talk with a person in Dr. Burzynski's office in Houston and there's nothing they could do 'cause it's an outpatient facility. Tom
