  2. Nice looking 1948 Plymouth four door on Kansas City craigslist for $2500.00. I don't know anything about it, other than sold with bill of sale.
  3. I agree with this post. Everyone has issues with their cars at one time or another whether they do their own work or pay to have it done. I like to see old cars restored no matter who does the work.
  4. Very sorry for your loss. Dave
  5. I was a auto factory worker for over 34 years, I am ready to cut Mike some slack. This thing is going on TOO LONG !!

  15. I am going to use leather power bucket seats out of a 96 Windstar in my 50 business coupe. They sit higher than seats out of a car & the base sits flat on the floor for easy bolt up.
  16. These pics are of my car the day I got it, just figured out how to load pics. I've done a lot of work on it since these pics were taken.
  17. Congratulations on your trophy. You have a good looking car. My wife likes the color and the neat stuff in the trunk.
  18. I just prayed for her, I hope all is well. Dave
  19. I wonder what the soup of the day is, looks like some kind of animal is about to go in the pot.
  20. A dealer should have known if that was a power brake booster on the firewall. I wonder and find it pretty curious why such fuzzy answers were given about the braking system, I find it down right offensive, but that's just my opinion.
  21. Looks like a power brake booster to me also, I emailed seller and asked if the car had p/b or after market or home made setup. Only reply was car had No power brakes and brakes worked great.
  22. Nice find and a very straight body to start a restoration on.
  23. Maybe you could drill a hole close to the broken stud and run a pie headed bolt with a washer through the bracket.
  24. The bike leaning against the light pole looks to have a bent front wheel, I suppose it could have slammed the car.
  25. Welcome to the site. Nice looking car, there's a lot of good information here. Dave
