    It is my understanding that in the past there was a charge, people here have also stated they had checks returned and or never cashed. Both of the two I got in the last couple of years, there was no charge.

    Surprisingly, no other injuries, they did see something on one rib the ER Surgeon said 'she would have to convince herself' there was a rib injury, regardless of the scan. Seatbelt ALWAYS and YES!
