Reg Evans Posted May 19, 2008 Report Posted May 19, 2008 Mine sure did:eek: . It went from 880 transactions and 100% to 1029 w/99.3%. Seems today was the day for feedback changes. I have 1 neutral feedback from a twerp that said I didn't have a valid title on a panel truck I sold. My auction clearly stated that I had done everything to put it in my name but have the truck weighed and that the buyer would probably have to do that depending on what state they lived in. Oh well. Johnny S Posted May 19, 2008 Report Posted May 19, 2008 Reg, mine jumped up as well ..... about 80. Fortunately no neutrals or negatives lurking in that pack of "new found" numbers. John Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted May 19, 2008 Report Posted May 19, 2008 My feedback use to be about 99.7%. However now they just count the last 12 months of feedback. I've only had one transaction in the last 12 months which was positive, so now I'm back up to 100% positive feedback. Quote
kencombs Posted May 20, 2008 Report Posted May 20, 2008 Mine also changed. Now they count all feedback, including multiples from the same ID. So a customer that has bought 4 items used to only count as 1 feedback. Now he is 4. But, the percentage is now only figured on the last 12 months. I went from 866 to 932 and 100% to 99%, one item I shipped was very heavy, got mishandled and broke a knob. Buyer dinged me for that, but never contacted me directly. I would have replaced the part had he done that. But, not after he left a neutral. Quote
Reg Evans Posted May 20, 2008 Author Report Posted May 20, 2008 I don't like the new rule that sellers can't leave feedback for buyers. I had 1 buyer that lied to me twice about when the payment was sent. I'd check with him once a week and he'd say "the checks in the mail" The payment finally arrived yesterday (almost 1 month after COE) post marked 2 weeks after the first lie. Bogositous Behavior in my book. Quote
