BobT-47P15 Posted February 19, 2008 Report Posted February 19, 2008 This link should take you to a group of photo pages of old cars in Turkey. There are a few old 40s and 50s Mopars there. http://autopages.fotopages.com/ Quote
randroid Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 Gents, I've been able to acquire some Turkish and have integrated several Turkish words in my everyday vocabulary: "Towel", "Delight", and "Baths". -Randy (With apologies to the Firesign Theater.) Quote

Joe Flanagan Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 My wife was in Turkey a few years ago and had a tour guide who had a few old Mopars. Apparently they were NATO cars. You guys have exhausted my Turkish vocabulary and then some. I hear Istanbul is full of hookah-smoking, fez-wearing, Turkish towel snapping, dervishes chewing Turkish taffy. I must visit sometime.
