Marty..have seen these just recently for 115.00 set..why so high..is it your local distributor? I would check elsewhere..35 dollars is still 35 dollars...

Tim,

The $149 I mentioned isn't for the existing taillights, it's for their next product, the center stop light, which won't be available until February.

my error and thanks for point out the fact that product is in the making..if anything like the running lights..will be worth the jingle. Odd as I just sent them a message inquiring of MoPar projected products they did not mention this...

Technostalgia may want to consider using 6v LEDs or include a small 6v to 12v transformer in the guts. I have seen them places. I can't be the only P15 owner that has passed on these taillights simply because they aren't available in 6v+.

Since I had already converted my backup lights to 6 volt LED stop and turn signals, I contacted Technostalgia about them doing the same with the new tail lights right after they came out with the 12 volt ones. I even went so far as to tell them how I did it and simple it was with resistors. Their reply. "We cannot make them in 6 volt at this time because they are not set up for it." In short, they must feel they'll sell more 12 volt ones, and it won't be profitable to make them in 6 volt. It's funny how my son was able to do it for me without being set up to do it.
