Replacement lock washers for grill and fender source?

Looking for the special lock washers that hold the nose assemblies and fenders together.  These are for 5/16 inch bolts and are 7/8 inch square.  See pic

I bought mine, 3/8” & 5/16” from Fastenal, but I just looked and they are out of stock on both sizes. They didn’t carry any other sizes either at the time. That’s been several years ago.

What John said, McMaster has 'em...but they ain't cheap.
