I have a 1958 Fargo 8, 300 and I was wondering if you can interchange Fargo truck parts with some Dodge parts.

Depends on what parts you're looking for.  300 would indicate a 1 ton chassis.  Biggest differences between the 300 and 100, 200 series would be in the suspension and wheels.  Badging might even interchange.

The 1958 Fargo 1 ton I bought is pretty complete. It needs the little venting window on the driver side and I would like to replace the weather stripping on the glass and the doors. I'm really knew to this. Would you know a good place where to get this?
