Namikuz1 Posted October 21, 2023 Report Posted October 21, 2023 Hey, been over a decade since I've posted, but!! I'm FINALLY getting to build my '48 Dodge 3 window, and want to go without a front clip (American Graffiti style) for the tunnel rammed twin turbocharged 426 wedge. So, I'm not finding any 3 window coupe doors, do the 3 window and 5 window doors swap? As I want to put flat plymouth doors on, to get rid of the Dodge fender/door bulges (that would make a HECK of an air dam....) Quote
busycoupe Posted October 21, 2023 Report Posted October 21, 2023 As far as I know, five window plymouth coupe door will no fit onto a Dodge3 window coupe. Quote
Solution Plymouthy Adams Posted October 21, 2023 Solution Report Posted October 21, 2023 (edited) Dodge and Plymouth are two different size bodies and frames for these years....not a bolt on....got fabrication skill...go for it as it is already a custom build...else, modify the Dodge doors as the work will be easier with the already fitting door on the Dodge to modify the fender sweep that extends into the door.....OR...find yourself a 41 Dodge and check it as the bulge was not existing at this time.
