P15-D24 Posted January 16, 2023 Report Posted January 16, 2023 The billing name and address are for security. If you enter a valid address it will take you to the secure 2CheckOut PayPal page. Most credit card processors are requiring it now to cut down on fraud. I literally just ran into this morning when my wife was trying to buy a computer on the HP store and the billing address didn't match. Quote
